Turkey Pepperoni Pizza Recipe!

This Tasty Pizza is great for snacking, or for a nice light lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
- 1 (10oz) thin Italian pizza crust (such as Boboli’s 100% Whole Wheat Thin Crust) or Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 2 oz turkey pepperoni
- 1 bell pepper (yellow, red or green), seeded and cut into thin slices
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Start: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with turkey pepperoni and bell pepper slices.
Cook: Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle a light layer of cheese over pizza. Bake an additional two minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve: Let pizza cool, then cut into six wedges. For variety add crushed garlic, pineapple chunks or hot pepper flakes.
