A tasty, healthy and fresh salad that is sure to please anyone and is fantastic for the summer!
Ingredients:
- 1 Fresh Pineapple cut in half
- 1 cup Fresh Fruit Salad (berries, grapes, melon, banana, orange etc)
- 2oz Cooked baby shrimp, chilled
- 2oz Steamed bay scallops chilled
- 2oz Fresh or canned crabmeat chilled
- ¼ cup Vanilla or natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
Directions:
Scoop out one half of the pineapple; add to this pineapple boat the fresh fruit, top with seafood, yogurt and finally the chopped walnuts.
