Moroccan Spiced Sea Bass!

This Delicious and Nutirtious recipe would be a great way to impress your guests, or to enjoy on your own.

ingredients:
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 4 (6-7oz) sea bass fillets (about 1 inch thick)
SPICE RUB:
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
Combine marinade ingredients and fish in a bowl or in a zip-lock plastic bag. Refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes. Remove fish and discard marinade.
Mix the spice rub ingredients together and rub all over each sea bass fillet.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sea bass fillets. Cook approximately 7 minutes on first side and 6 minutes on the other side. Garnish with lemon wedges and cilantro sprigs.
