Pumpkin Protein Shake Recipe!

This is a great twist on your regular protein shake – add pumpkin to spice up your holiday spirit!

Ingredients:
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 evaporated milk (low fat)
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:

Add all ice cubes, and the remaining ingredients into blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass and serve
