Greco's most popular program is a 10-week course designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Lean + Fit will help you reach your personal goals and yet improve your mind set allowing you to create goals you have never even dreamed imaginable!
Lean + Fit is conducted of circuit training classes, resistance training, body fat composition analysis tests, a nutritional seminar along with a student workbook to track your progression along your journey.
When you first enroll in the Lean + Fit journey you will attend a comprehensive nutrition seminar to educate yourself on the most advanced scientific methods for healthy weight loss. Greco will teach you what to eat, when to eat and how to combine your food groups to give you the most energy for fat burning without losing valuable muscle, because when it comes down to it nutrition is the most important knowledge you can hold when it comes to weigh loss.The Greco Lean + Fit classes are extremely motivating with plenty of coaching and encouragement from the instructors. You will never partake in the same Lean + Fit class twice! With different circuits each time you will keep your body guessing which allows for speedy weight loss to take place along with muscle growth. This 10-week program allows us to track your body fat composition analysis. We keep stats on your body measurements, weight, and body fat allowing us to show you your progression. Greco Lean & Fit 4 Life
While the spirit may be willing to push through the rigors and stresses of today's life, experts say, by the time you're 50 or older, your body needs a little extra attention if you are to benefit in both the short and the long run. This is why Greco has designed a program specifically targeting people 50 plus. Many gyms are not set up for this paradigm change. This is important for those who have not exercised in the past or who have become sedentary in recent years, due to work and family obligations. The longer it has been since you set foot inside a gym, the more you are going to rely on your instructors to guide you along the way.
Lean & Fit 4 Life is intended to be a revolutionary fitness concept of strength, flexibility and endurance. Which will not only be used to stabilize and support your foundation, but allow you to be stronger, faster, and more energetic in you day to day living! The program will provide you with the latest knowledge and tools necessary to fuel the body. Yoga, just saying the word can relax and invigorate you at the same time. Yoga is many things to many people. Greco's Yoga is done in a heated room, the room is intentionally heated to warm up your entire body which allows you to work deeper into your muscles, ligaments and joints without injury. Each class promotes strength, flexibility and mobility of the spine and joints. It is a complete integrated system of physical exercise, called asanas, which promote a state of mental and physical wellbeing. The asanas have an extraordinary capacity to overhaul, rejuvenate and bring the whole system into a state of balance. The asanas emphasize deep breathing, relaxed movement and mental connection. This is an energizing, flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind at their deepest level.

Greco Six Pack Abs
You have been training for several months and have lost a lot of weight and gained muscle. Then all of a sudden you are stuck; you can't seem to lose that last 10 pounds of the stubborn fat. Those very last pounds, which will reveal the underlying six-pack abs. The Six Pack Abs program is your answer.
We all know that there is a definite amount of work involved in creating the six-pack abs definition we all so desperately crave. How many times have you seen a television advertisement about losing the fat in less than 10 minutes a day, or how about someone trying to sell you a six-pack abs diet where you can eat anything you want? Let's face it you do not create a nice muscular mid-section in the gym, the kitchen must come first. Kettle Bell Warrior Path
The Warrior path is a complete lifestyle change. You will not only notice the vast changes in your physical body, your mind and soul will begin to feel enlightened and free of the everyday stresses around you. The warrior learns self-efficacy, how to acknowledge the weaknesses of the mind and body and learn how to conquer them. For five weeks, you will take your own physical and mental well-being into your own hands. You will meet three times a week with a trainer for comprehensive lifestyle coaching and physical training that focuses on all the elements of well-being; mind, strength, endurance and flexibility. Warriors must learn to rely on little. As such, the workouts will be brief and intense, incorporating nothing more than a kettlebell and one's own body weight. A Kettlebell has many benefits, from lowering body fat to producing toned, firm physiques, while at the same time boosting stamina, strength and power. As if that wasn't enough kettlebell training can also strengthen joints, tendons and ligaments while improving flexibility and posture. Each class also incorporates a half an hour yoga and meditative element, these workouts will leave you feeling invigorated.Of course with a lifestyle change your meal plans will also change, throughout the five week period you will be adhering to a wholesome, plant-based diet. During this program you will experience many holistic benefits as they not only shed excess bodyweight and detoxify the body, but also emphasize on heightening levels of energy and renewing vitality. Greco Strength Training
The best benefits from strength training steam from three major components, the first is improved physical performance and appearance, the second is an increased metabolic efficiency and third a decreased risk of injury. Greco's Strength Training program is exercise that uses resistance to strengthen and condition the musculoskeletal system, improving muscle tone and endurance. Physiologically the benefits of consistent strength training include an increase in muscle size and tone, increased muscular strength, increases in tendon, bone and ligament strength. Lifting weights has also been shown to improve psychological health as well, by increasing self-esteem, confidence and self-worth. At Greco's there are no hydraulic machines, we believe people are not robots so we do not exercise like one!
