What does it take to become a Black Belt? |

Personal commitment – dedication not only to the training program but to yourself. You will find that most other students holding Black Belts or those on their way toward one began their training with some degree of uncertainty. As they began their training, their self-confidence built very quickly. With that came accomplishment.

How long does it take to earn a Black Belt? |

Once again, it is up to the individual and the commitment they are ready to make. With steady training and hard work, the average time is approximately 3-4 years

How many levels must be achieved before a Black Belt is earned? |

Stduents begin training with a white belt. There are 6 subsequent levels: yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and then junior/adult Black Belt

What results should a student expect within the first year? |

A much improved feeling about themselves physically, greater self-confidence and a good basic knowledge of self-defense. The first results should be evident within the first few months.
